Marldon is the most easterly village of the 62 South Hams District Parishes. It is bounded by Torbay, Kingskerswell, Ipplepen and Berry Pomeroy. |

The village remains relatively small with a population of approx. 2000. The Parish Council was first established in 1894, and is today Chaired by Cllr. Trevor Pennington. Village Green Cricket is played on Jubilee Meadow in a fine rural setting, some would claim the most picturesque in Devon. |

| Marldon boast of 24 countyside local footpaths which are highly prized by tourists and locals alike. The Parish has 2 modern and well appointed Caravan Parks situated near the adjacent Torbay ring road. | ||||||
